🛍️ Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

    • It must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Items must be in the same condition as you received them.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Products purchased on sale or discount.

  • Lingerie/innerwear due to hygiene concerns.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Requests for exchange must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method or bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong, defective, or damaged product).
